Cancellations:
To cancel enrollment in an Open Enrollment Training Course after payment has been received, written notice is required 7 working business days in advance of the course start date. If the notice period is met, full refund of the course payment minus a $50 admin fee will be made.

Failure to provide written notice prior to 7 working business days in advance of the scheduled course booked will incur a penalty of 50% of the full course fee up to the start date for the course. Failure to attend the course without notification will forfeit all payments made.

Transfers:
Transfers to another scheduled course can be made if notice of up to 72 hours prior to the original date of course is given. No fees shall be charged when transferring within this notice period.

Name Changes:
Name changes can be made on all bookings. 24 hours' notice is required prior to the course start time. No fees shall be incurred for the change.
