Logging a support issue

If you wish to log a support issue, please email support@nuix.com with the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any particular steps to be taken to reproduce the issue
  • A set of system diagnostics generated from your software directly after the issue occurs.

This information will ensure one of our technicians is able to assist you effectively in the shortest possible time.
