• Can I enroll multiple people in a training course?
  • If you have up to three people you wish to enroll, multiple people from the same organization can be enrolled in the same training course, but you must complete the booking process individually for each participant. Each person's details need to be individually entered through the registration system for their booking to be processed and added to the course requested. If you have more than three people you wish to enroll, you may wish to consider our closed enrollment training options.
    
    

• What experience do I need to complete the training courses?
  • The course overview pages for each course have all the prerequesite details required for each course.
    
    

• What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept payment by credit card. Pre-approved Nuix partners will be given the option to be separately invoiced if desired. Full payment must be received before your place in the course will be confirmed.
    
    

• Where are the training courses held?
  • Currently, we have scheduled training courses in the USA, UK, Europe and Australia. More locations may become available over time if there is demand for them. Please check our full course schedule for details on course locations.
    
    

• How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
  • You will receive an acknowledgement email once your booking has been received and an email confirming your registration containing further course details once your payment has been processed.
    
    

• Can I cancel my booking?
  • To cancel your booking please inform us in writing at registrations@nuix.com as soon as possible. All cancellations are per the Nuix training cancellations, refunds and transfers policy and may incur cancellation fees.
    
    

• Can I transfer my registration to another person or course date?
  • All bookings can be transferred at no cost to another person or another course up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled training date. To transfer your booking to another person or different date please inform us in writing at registrations@nuix.com as soon as possbile. All transfers are per the transfer terms in the Nuix Training cancellations, refunds and transfers policy at nuix.com/cancellation-policy.
    
    

• Do I need to bring my own laptop?
  • Yes, you will need to bring your own laptop to either the training or certification exam. The laptop must be capable of connecting to the WiFi at the venue and to run remote desktop. This can include Macintosh computers if they have the free RDP connector installed. See http://www.microsoft.com/mac/remote-desktop-client
    
    

• What are the prerequisites for sitting the certification exam?
  • You will need to have completed the equivalent specialist course and possess three months of experience with Nuix. You do not have to attend one of the certification preparation webinars prior to sitting the exam, although it is highly recommended.
    
    

• How can I renew my certification?
  • When your certification is set to expire you can sit our certification exam again to renew your specialist certification.
    
    

• What if I fail my certification exam?
  • Should you not be successful in passing our certification exam on the first attempt you will be required to wait one month before you can sit the exam again. You will also be required to register and pay again to sit this new exam.
    
    

• Can I be both eDiscovery and Investigations certified?
  • Yes you can. You will need to register, pay for and pass both certification exams.
