| Nuix Announces European-wide Technology Arrangement With PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP |
| Leading international professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP(PwC) has entered into a multi-year technology deal with Nuix Pty Limited (Nuix), a leading global provider of eDiscovery, electronic investigation and enterprise content management software. |

PwC will utilise advanced Nuix3 technology, both internally at PwC data centres and behind the firewall of their client base for a wide spectrum of use cases. PwC will utilise Nuix for: |

eDiscovery related to litigation, internal investigations and regulatory requests.
