Our Story
| Nuix was created in 2000 and has invested the last decade in developing and refining the world's most advanced electronic discovery and investigation software |
| The founding family, with the assistance of an Australian Government grant, contributed substantial time and resources in developing the forerunner to the current Nuix platform. The original aim was to create an engine which could process vast amounts of data, and later this was further defined to be specifically email data. |
| Nuix commenced actively commercialising its software in Australia in 2006 and over the next 12 months quickly expanded its Australian customer base to include a large number of major Corporate and Government, Forensic and Security, Law Enforcement, Legal and Regulatory organizations. |
| In 2007, Nuix began to participate in other markets, and now has customers in over 20 countries, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia. |
Nuix customers include major corporations, advisory firms, state and federal government departments, police and anti-corruption bodies, financial institutions, law firms, litigation
support firms as well as regulatory and security agencies. |
Nuix is fast becoming the corporate regulators' tool of choice around the world, used by the United States (SEC), the United Kingdom (FSA and SFO), Japan (JSEC), Canada (BCSE) and Australia (ASIC). |
