Frequently Asked Questions
What payment does Nuix accept?
Nuix accepts payment by credit card via the nuix.com/training site. Pre-approved Nuix clients will be given the option to be separately invoiced, if desired. Full payment must be received before your place in the course is confirmed.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
Can I enroll multiple people in a training course?
Yes, multiple people from the same organization can be enrolled in the same training course, but you must complete the booking process for each participant individually.
Can I be certified in more than one discipline?
Yes, you must register for each certification course that you wish to attend.
How can I obtain my Nuix Master Certification?
You have two years to complete and pass all exams within the Nuix Master certification pathway. Once all exams are successfully completed, you will automatically be awarded the Nuix Master certification and badge.
How can I renew my Nuix Master Certification?
Nuix offers Nuix Master Recertification exams for Nuix Forensic Practitioner Master, Nuix Discover Master, and Nuix Workstation Data Discovery. For more information, or for registration inquiries, reach out to training@nuix.com.
What if I fail my certification exam?
You will have two chances to pass your exam at 80% to receive the certification. Please get in touch with training@nuix.com for inquiries.
Where are the training courses held?
Nuix offers public classroom-based and virtual instructor-led training. Nuix also offers instructor-led private on-site training, private virtual training and customized training.
Can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please email training@nuix.com as soon as possible. You may incur cancellation fees.
Can I transfer my registration to another person or course date?
All bookings can be changed or transferred to another person up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled training date. To change or transfer your booking, please email training@nuix.com as soon as possible.
