Sydney, Australia – 10 September 2020 – Global software company Nuix (www.nuix.com) today announced that Nuix DiscoverⓇ has completed the assessment under the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s (ACSC) Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP).
Nuix serves large government agencies around the world including intelligence, defense, and law enforcement agencies. The IRAP assessment, conducted by an independent auditor, measures Nuix’s policies, procedures, people, and technology against the controls in the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).
“Protecting data from access, abuse, or disclosure is fundamental to all that we do, and an intrinsic part of our software development,” said Rolf Krolke, Global Head of Technical Services at Nuix. “As we develop more software for the cloud, putting ourselves through the rigor of assessments ensures our systems have the highest security and assures Australian Government agencies that Nuix is serious about their privacy and security.”
“The IRAP assessment demonstrates Nuix's ongoing support for our Australian federal, state, and law enforcement government customers, especially as they accelerate their adoption of our cloud services,” commented Gerard Byrne, Nuix General Manager for Government & Public Sector.
Nuix Discover has also been certified under ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management.
